What brand/model of scannr are you using? Just another film user who is curious.

Epson V700. Highly recommended for both speed and quality.

Shut This Gate.
Olympus 35RC, expired Kodak E100VS.
I’ve shot most of a roll of RPX400 in this camera in the last few days, looking forwards to seeing the results as it had sat so long the battery was crusty :-(

Too much chat, not enough film photos lately. I’ve got a couple of rolls to develop and far more to finish.
In the mean time, how about a few I don’t think I’ve posted up here before?
‘The Road to God is Never Closed’ - Pentax LX, Fuji Velvia.

X100 went off to be fixed today. So far, Fuji UK have been very good - got the return packaging out to me straight away. Let’s see what happens next.

I went to the darkroom this evening with the intention of developing a load of C41 for Sarah but sadly it seems the C41 chemicals I opened in late November have gone off. As before, developer part C has turned from clear to purply-black.

I last used them 6 weeks ago, I suspect this is to be expected. In future I think buying separates from AG Photographic might make more sense. Either that, or saving up all the film and having a couple of weeks of intensive developing, but that’s pretty draining.

re: re: X100

Emailed Fuji - they’re going to send me prepaid packaging to return the camera for repair.

Shot some frames on the 35RC this morning - quite enjoyed doing so.

Re: X100

Last weekend it did a few funny things exposure-wise, but I just put that down to ‘X100 quirkiness’. This morning I couldn’t get it to expose sensibly, and this afternoon trying to take a photo of something boring for my thesis it was all over the place. This prompted further investigation…

I’m not impressed. I’ve emailed Fuji directly, I await their response.

So, I have more cameras than Will. How did that happen?
(He took this for me).

It would appear I have a problem...

This is my collection. Minus two digital SLRs.

I need to sell some stuff. Correction: some more stuff.

X100 ist kaput, mit der ‘sticky aperture blades problem’.
Guess I best dig out my Olympus 35RC and load some film into it…
EDIT: these consecutive frames were taken under the same lighting conditions, with the same aperture, shutter and ISO settings. Not good.
